Fat stomach/potbelly is becoming a nightmare to every one. Its our carelessness make us look so ugly in the public. Most of the time its our laziness to workout and unhealthy eating habits leads to problems of high cholesterol, high sugar level, and most importantly potbelly/ Fat stomach.  Healthy eating is not only selecting the right food but avoiding certain food varieties like carbonated drinks, beef, mutton, bacon, fried items, potato, and all the most modern fast food varieties.

Try to include the suggested varieties given below in your daily diet along with a proper and regular workout schedule, see what wonder these foods make on your fat stomach and on your health status.

Almonds – Daily consumption of, about 30 gms, almonds is good for health since it controls cholesterol level and it is enriched with protein, fibre, vitamin E, and magnesium.

Egg - The best balanced food in the world and it is enriched with proteins, amino acids, minerals like iron, calcium, phosphorous, Zinc and vitamins like A, B2, B12, D and E. How many eggs we eat daily is a question now? If you are on the edge of high cholesterol, since a large egg contains about 213 mg of cholesterol. It is better to avoid egg yolk and take egg white on a daily basis.

Apple – It is better to consume apple on daily basis. It is very good to reduce the body weight since it has about 85% water content. It is advisable to include 3 apples on your daily diet.

Curd / yogurt – Curd/yogurt is a good source of Calcium. Non-fat curd/yogurt is good to reduce the stomach. The Probiotic bacteria in the curd make digestion smooth.

Fish – Fishes like Sardine, Mackerel, and Tuna are a good sources of Omega- 3 fatty acids. This fatty acids encourages the smooth functioning of the heart

Corn – Start including protein rich Corn in your daily diet rather than rice and wheat. Corn is a good source of vitamin B and doesn’t contain carbohydrate.

Vegetables – Include the maximum amount of green leafy vegetables in your daily diet along with the fibre rich Broccoli, cabbage,  and cauliflower.

Berries – Fruits which are belonging to the berry family like strawberry and mulberry in your daily diet since these are enriched with fibre and a good source of antioxidants.

Vegetable soup – Vegetable soup made of tomato, carrot, beans, okra, etc  can be consumed before the regular meal. This makes you full and encourages you to eat less.

Pulses – Daily intake of pulses like chick peas, green gram, green peas, red gram, etc. are good to reduce the body weight as well as your stomach. Pulses are enriched with proteins.
